This is a helpful video, but you don't have to have a blind hem foot. I have done blind hems for years and have never owned a blind hem foot. The standard foot will work.

I was happy until you said sewing machine...I want to make a costume, but i don't have a sewing machine! my mom wont buy me one cause they're expensive, just to make some stuff!

WOW! Thanks for that video! You made it look FAR easier than my sewing book describes it. I am a visual learner and You Tube has changed the way we can learn. Sad to know there are so many bad and stupid things on YouTube - but I am thankful for lessons like yours!
