When the Dems are in ascendency, they always call for unity and characterize those who dont unify as unpatriotic (or worse: now it will be considered racist). But talk of unity is absent from Dems when Republicans are in power, then dissent is the highest form of citizenship. It is heads I win, tails you lose.

Giving Obama a pass on his tissue-thin record, his long association with dangerous people and questionable activity, such as his dealings with fundraiser Antoin Rezko and the huge foreign money he took, shows the media cannot be trusted. Their earnings will plunge. And if Americans discover that they've been sucker-punched, because Obama's inexperience causes economic and political chaos, they'll be on Obama like a virus and will be astonishingly vicious.

Gibson is tough on the questions. Palin interview was embarrassing. This one wasn't one of Obama's best either.

you can't even begin to compare the two interviews. the one with palin was clearly done to "get her" or "stump her," whereas this one was basic question and answer, and gibson did not belabor points like he did with Palin. The interview with Palin was not an interview--it was an inappropriate "test."
