to jluk92 - I can see them praying..!I guess this cruise ship had an engines' failure,so no chance to keep a proper line.Unfortunately the failure occurred in such a rough sea. At least people had been alerted and safety syst.were on;an awful experience though.

Heh, i see this and think to myself "HELL YEAH!! that would be fun!" Then again, I've been on a cruise that was damn near that kind of ride. It was the Big Red Boat back in 1993 many years ago. It was fun just standing up and waiting to let the ship knock you over. Though, I also come from a seafaring family so it takes A LOT to scare me on the ocean.
